Upon arrival, the caravan was noticeably dirty, with sand on the couch and unclean dishes. There were also concerns about safety as many windows lacked handles, making them impossible to secure.

Had a great time during our stay, mainly because we were close to many attractions, including the Botanical Gardens and the Coastal Raceway. The caravan was spacious enough for our needs and came equipped with a large TV, which was perfect for winding down in the evenings. The terrace outside was a nice addition for enjoying some fresh air with the kids. Though I noticed a bit of maintenance needed on the window catch, it didn’t affect our overall stay and we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves.

The caravans are in desperate need of maintenance, poorly cleaned with remnants of previous guests, moldy and smelly interiors, and some fixtures—like sink installations—hanging off the walls. Flooding issues seem to persist, which raises questions about the management's attention to property upkeep. many facilities listed, like the laundrette, were abandoned, leaving guests without expected amenities.

This great getaway offered a spacious caravan, ideal for family bonding. Clean and well-equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed. With a terrace for relaxation and entertainment nearby, we were thoroughly entertained. The welcoming owner made sure we felt right at home. It's no surprise we booked again for August!
